Weeks 80 & 81

Man oh man, I'm still really bad at writing these on time. Oh well! We had the new years come by these past weeks, it honestly felt like I blinked and it went by. Lots of "see you next year" jokes were made, but it was really just another day of proselytizing for us. It's been pretty fun working with Elder Smart here in Abbotsford, he's a lot of fun and a hard worker. We've been on the grind out here, lots of the same things everyday. One thing that was really nice was that we were able to help out the other Abbotsford ward with a baptism of a young girl, and we're also working with a young man named Danso. He's an awesome kid, really willing to learn more and is making good progress towards being baptized on the 21st. We had the chance to help out with some food drive stuff, it's a weekly thing now but it's been pretty cool. Weeks 77, 78 & 79

To start things off, I ended my transfer out in Chilliwack, it was a shorter transfer because of Christmas, but I got the chance to visit Hope one last time and see the Moller's and their family. We got to experience some traditional Swedish holiday traditions which were pretty cool. I also got to say goodbye to one of the families in the ward, the Bumby's. They're pretty awesome, and it was nice to say bye to Brother Bumby and his family.  I got my transfer call and found out I was being moved to Abbotsford 1st Ward with Elder Smart. He's a super great elder, and it's been a blast serving with him right now. It's been nice to serve in an area with more missionaries, it's been a while since I was around this many missionaries so often. We also got a huge snow dump out here, so it's been 2 years in a row with a white Christmas on the mission which is a pretty cool miracle.
