Hey everyone!     It's been a pretty good week so far, we started off with a pretty mellow p-day, went on a quick hike and just chilled for the day. It was a bit different from my last p-days, but still had a good time.     During the week we had a ton of service projects that we got to do, so that was really fun. I missed the amount of service we did up in PG so it was pretty nice that we got to do some here now. I'm starting to get adjusted to this new area, and it's been a really beautiful place.     Also had the chance to go on some exchanges to Kamloops with Elder Clifford, our DL. It was pretty fun, I got to hang out with an elder who I served around in Vancouver, Elder Achal and we got to do some good work out there. Kamloops is super different compared to Salmon Arm even though they're in the same zone.     Like I said it was a pretty good week but I don't got a whole ton of stuff to share, the next week should be an exciting one though! ...

So this past week was crazy!!!     Somehow I forgot to mention on my last post that we have a new mission president! His name is President Gill from Provo, Utah, and he's pretty great! He was a surgeon before becoming a mission president, and he and his wife are spiritual powerhouses! They started their mission at the end of June and fortunately we had a zone conference in Prince George on July 4th and were able to meet them right away, it was a very good experience. Don’t get me wrong, I love and will miss President Blake Wahlen and Sister Whalen, they were awesome and will always be an important part of my life. I know that both set of Presidents will enrich my life tremendously. Looking forward to learn even more with the “new boss”, haha.     So, new President and transfers happened at the same time. Whelp, I thought I finally got on top of weekly emails, but here we are again, haha. Anyways, these past couple of weeks were pretty great, I'll jump straight into it.     Week 53:     On P-day we went to a hike about 30 minutes south of Vanderhoof. It was pretty nice there, the waterfall was super powerful haha, we got soaked. We then just hung out at the cabin and chilled the rest of the day.     We also found this lady that we help out weekly. Her father owned a sports/hunting store downtown and they now need help to clear it out to sell the building. There's all sorts of cool things in there! Every time we go there its something new, it's always fun.     We also helped Chris get ready for his baptism on the 2nd of July. We're really hyped for him and for his commitment to come closer to Christ.     Week 54:     Had our final district council of the transfer this week.
