Hey y'all! I'm awful at weekly’s, not even apologizing anymore, haha. Starting off this one with my transfer news! I'm staying with Elder Smart in Abbotsford, which I'm pretty excited about. It's been good to work with him, we're still doing sports nights as well which has been great, lots of new friends and people to meet! We also had Zone Conference out in Burnaby. It was great to be with a bunch of missionaries and with our Mission leadership as well. There was some really amazing spiritual moments, and I'm glad we're able to have things like zone conference to learn from each other. A pretty cool experience I had these past few weeks was meeting Elder Rodriguez's family. Elder Sebastian Coats Rodriguez served his mission in Toronto, specifically in my home ward, he had dinner with my parents in multiple occasions before coming back home. Hey everyone, I'm just gonna jump straight into it. I'm sure yall expected me to be late again. So week 82 had a couple wild events, one being a service that was held for some men who were tragically killed in a terrorism act in Africa. They were Muslim and the members of that faith wanted to hold a memorial in the chapel, and it was super cool to see all the different people of different faiths joining in mourning. The spirit was definitely very strong and I felt a great love for the people present and the people who had passed. I also had some good laughs with some of the members in the ward. As we were driving to church one day we saw one of the members, Brother Loewen in his truck. He was going past us, but we actually managed to beat him to the church! (No I was not speeding), he even called us the speedsters and asked for the route we took haha. In week 83 we had an amazing moment since our young friend Danso got baptized!
