Week 12
Hey all!
This week was pretty crazy. It was the final week of my second transfer in the field, and we were able to finish off strong.
The biggest thing that happened is that we were able to finish all the lessons with Matt and get his baptismal interview done, which means he's ready to be baptized on Sunday! He's really excited about it, and I'm going to have the opportunity to baptize him, which is so cool.
We were able to do tons of service, and it's been really enjoyable to do so, honestly. It's definitely tiring, but also worth it as we're able to help people in need and meet more people.
Also had our transfer calls on Monday, where I learned that I'm being
transferred to the Willoughby ward and work with Elder Whitney! I will miss Mission City and all the wonderful people I met here but it’s really exciting that I'm able to start this new chapter of my mission.
Hope you're all doing well, and know that God cares. Have a great week,
Elder Jacobowski
