Week 26

Wow, can you believe it is Christmas? 2021 is almost over!!!!

Here are the highlights for last week:

On Friday a car hit one of the post in our neighborhood and we ended up without power for 12 hours, we even had to sleep over at other missionaries’ apartment because of that.

Saturday we had one more day of cleaning up the floods aftermath, it felt very good being able to help once again.

Also on Saturday we had our Ward Christmas party, due to Covid we didn’t have a traditional Christmas dinner but got some very nice ice cream.

Remember John from Kenia? For a while we lost his contact information and I am so excited to report that we were able to find him again, we taught him a lesson on Sunday and have another one scheduled for this week, he seems very impressed with all that we are teaching him.

Went on a 2 days exchange with Elder Kleven, celebrated with some delicious pizza at the end of it.

This week we have meals scheduled for almost every night, how cool is that?!?!

Since Christmas is so close we received some gifts from members of the ward, it takes us extra strength to not open them but it will be so much fun to do in on Christmas morning.

Learned that my Christmas box from home has been delivered at the Mission Office, hooray! I am hoping for some guarana and sazon, hahaha

Talking about Christmas, we have a tree but no stand, sooooo, our box stands in a plastic bin, it is Christmas spirit that counts, right?

Merry Christmas everyone.
